WERNER PUMPS NOW OFFERING SERVICE FLEET SUPPORT

To ensure that customers receive not only top-quality machinery, but reliable and helpful aftersales service and support, Werner Pumps, leading South African design, manufacture, supply and maintenance specialist in high-pressure jetting equipment has created a service fleet of three vehicles. MD Sebastian Werner explains that the fleet is available to service Werner Pumps’ customers in the field when they experience mechanical or electrical faults.

“We have three technicians and vehicles that we can send out to our customers wherever they are, whenever something goes wrong,” says Werner. “Our technicians know our equipment inside and out as they’ve helped to put these trucks together at our factory. They do their best to diagnose and fix problems on-site, and if they can’t resolve the issue, they will assist the customer to get the truck back to our premises.”

Werner says that the decision to create a service and repair fleet is based on the company’s constant drive to solve customer’s challenges, remove frustrations and provide a one-stop shop. “We’re always asking our customers what they want and need, and then we try to deliver that. It’s one of the reasons we manufacture our equipment locally – so we can customise it to customers’ specific requirements. We believe that the reason we have repeat customers is the fact that we give our customers what they need to support their businesses.”

Werner Pumps offers a range of 100% South African manufactured high-pressure jetting and vacuuming trucks and trailers, a comprehensive range of accessories and spares, as well as customer operator training.
