This year, Techmatik celebrates its 15th anniversary and
continues to be a leading supplier of modern, innovative machines for the
production of paving stones, decorative elements and molds. As part of our
celebration, Techmatik will present the next generation machine for the
production of paving stones and concrete accessories with revolutionary new
features.
The Concrete Block Machine SHP 6000 PRO C solves all
production-related challenges our industry faces, allowing for the production
of concrete products from 15 mm to 550 mm in height. With one machine,
we are able to produce a wide variety of products.
Our new machine uses innovative solutions that are new to the
Techmatik SHP series. Double Vibration System (DVS(R)) – The system based on
two counter-currently rotating mixes, powered with synchronous servo motors
series CMP (High Dynamic), allows for smooth changes in vibration force without
stopping production. GDS – Gap Detection System
– A diagnostic system checking the correctness of the mould box
setting on the stop screws. CCS – Cycle Counting System – A diagnostic system
counts the number of cycles (tacts) performed for a particular mold.
The Techmatik SPM offers adds all of
these improvements and many more to the proven technology of the time tested
SPM machines. Techmatik continues to innovate with the end user in mind, always
striving to make production easy.
The machine’s premiere will take place at
Bauma 2019. We invite everyone to visit our stand
(B1.314), where we will answer all
of your questions.
