Chryso has announced its acquisition of BMC Diffusion. This continues the company’s development in the decorative concrete market, coming two years after the acquisition of Moderne Methode and its approved training centre Beton Academy.
BMC is a French company that specialises in the commercialisation of processes, materials, and equipment for the decorative concrete market. The company’s training offer has also developed, dedicated to the application of decorative concretes.
The company has stated that the acquisition will enable it to strengthen its position and its offer in the decorative concrete market. This is a market that the company wishes to pursue with a development policy, combining quality technical solutions with a training structure that is adapted to the needs of its customers – concrete applicators and industrials.
“The acquisition of BMC Diffusion will contribute to consolidating our network on the national territory and accentuate our proximity via a strong local team in the west part of France,” said Franck Gimer, Export MD and Group Executive Vice President for Chryso.
“We will be able to support our customers more closely in the decorative concrete market thanks to our strengthened commercial and technical expertise. We are also enriching the services we are able to offer and will be able to increase our overall training offer.”
